My goal is to capture 40 women of all backgrounds over the age of 40. I want to capture the beauty of women in our collective strength, grace and beauty. Social media, ads, and tv all want to tell us aging should be feared and aging makes us less than, but it’s time we challenge this narrative! Let’s tell our stories and show that beauty doesn’t fade with age. Join me in this exciting exploration of mature women but be warned, this project will boost your self-confidence and transform the way you see yourself!”

The process
Working Together
A Pre-Session Consultation Over the Phone or In Person in My Studio
Together we’ll discuss all the details involved in this professional photography session including wardrobe, hair and makeup, what to bring, how to prepare and everything you need to know about your special day!
Professional Hair & Makeup
On the morning of your portrait session, you’ll be greeted by our professional hair & makeup artists. We’ll consult with you on how you wish to wear your hair and makeup. Then you’ll be treated to the full model experience to highlight your unique beauty before your shoot.
Wardrobe Styling
A special fitting appointment can be scheduled in the days leading up to your photoshoot. You’ll be given the opportunity to try on a studio wardrobe, mixing and matching with anything you have from home. We want you to feel confident and unapologetically you so you can look forward to a stress-free day of pampering and photography. Our studio wardrobe is available in a variety of sizes and styles!
Fully guided Studio portrait session at Y.E.C. Creations Studios located in Hamilton, NJ (9:00am – 1:00pm)
You can relax and feel pampered because you’re in good hands! I will be directing your photoshoot every step of the way, guiding you on posing and styling. Our job is to help you feel comfortable and enjoy the glamorous experience. I’ll even give you a peak of your professional shots from the back of my camera to show you how beautiful your images are turning out!
The Reveal
Next we will schedule your REVEAL appointment within 3-4 weeks after your portrait session. During the reveal you’ll see all of your beautiful portraits and have the opportunity to apply your entire $300 payment towards any collection of your choice. What you purchase is entirely up to you! I’ll show you all the beautiful collections and wall art available at your consultation.
Inclusion in my 30 Over 30 Online Gallery Exhibition
At the end of this project, we’ll celebrate all of the women who participated in the project with an exhibit! I’ll select my favorite image to be included with your story in my 40 Over 40 online gallery exhibition to share.
HOW CAN I APPLY?
Only 40 spots available!
I will be selecting 40 women for this project. All applications will be reviewed and if you are selected, I’ll be in touch to coordinate your consultation and photo shoot.
In applying, you agree to all of the following:
Before & After photographs to be used on social media, print media, website, and any other marketing materials.
Interview questions to be answered before and after your photo shoot. This may include a video testimonial.
Your portraits to be shared in an online gallery style exhibition.
